After 8 years at Google, she took on the alias Sandra By Design to help impact-driven teams build thriving work cultures and socially impactful solutions with inclusive design. She’s also the founder and lead of the Inclusive Design Jam community, a learning community of changemakers committed to making the access and use of products, services and environments equal to all.
